We are German and Anali, chefs originally from Peru who have been working in Spain for several years now. We worked with leading names such as Celler de Can Roca *, Dani Garcia**, Bibo Madrid, Estimar and Gaston Acurio Paris, until we arrived in San Sebastián, at Kokotxa *.
