We are German and Anali, chefs of Peruvian origin who have lived in Spain for several years. We have worked in large houses such as Celler de Can Roca ***, Dani Garcia***, Bibo Madrid, Estimar, Gaston Acurio Paris, until reaching San Sebastián, Kokotxa *.
